We specialize in custom 3D printed products and handcrafted items. Due to the personalized nature of many of our products:

  • All custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all specifications, including size, color, and design requirements, before finalizing their order.

  • We do not create or print copyrighted material unless you have the legal rights or permission to use it.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments via Stripe Payment Processing. All payments are subject to Stripe's Terms and Conditions.

  • Full payment is required before production begins on all orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to postal service issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of many of our products:

  • Custom items are non-refundable.

  • Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with clear photos of the product and packaging.

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, and logos, is the property of Music City 3D Prints & Crafts unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. User-Submitted Designs

If you upload or submit your own 3D design or artwork:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your design for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • We reserve the right to decline orders that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing material.
